My fee is $150 for an individual session or $200 for family sessions. Payment is due at the time of service.

I am an in-network provider with Kaiser OON (First Choice Health) and Premera Blue Cross.

 

If you have other insurance, I am happy to provide you with a detailed billing statement on a monthly basis (a "super bill") for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider for more details on your out-of-network coverage.
